What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We take great care in preparing every order, but if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at vanyra67@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review it promptly and make it right whether that's a replacement or a refund. Your satisfaction means everything to us at Vanyra!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since every piece is crafted to order, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it's shipped. Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location customers in the United States can expect their order within 5–10 business days, while international destinations such as Canada, UAE, Singapore, Philippines, and New Zealand typically take 10–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We love rewarding our Vanyra community. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies:
- 🇺🇸 United States — Free shipping on orders over $45
- All other destinations Free shipping on orders over $100
No discount codes needed it applies automatically!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since every Vanyra piece is crafted to order specifically for you, we begin processing your order very shortly after it's placed. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at vanyra67@gmail.com we'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order enters production. Once it has been prepared and dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancellations. So always double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase!
